Joseph has a strong, innate mechanical ability and business sense, much like his grandfather and namesake who founded Dunham Products in 1946. His values are rooted in his faith, family, country, and community.
Jay has been with Dunham Products since 2004. Jay’s hands-on approach has always made the company run smoothly, while continually improving the function and hustle of the shop. The knowledge he has gained over his years in the industry serves to enhance the capabilities of the company.
Since joining the Dunham Products team, Nick has helped implement advanced processes and procedures to take our plant operations to the next level. He has built an accurate and comprehensive operational schedule of all orders, provides daily guidance on the shop floor, and routinely goes above and beyond to accommodate client requests.
General Manager/Sales Manager
After a 20 year working relationship Mike has joined our Dunham team. His technical experience in manufacturing will help our company expand into new markets. The quality control knowledge he has acquired over the years will give strength to our growing company.
Jennifer Bailey started with Dunham Products in March of 2017. She handles customer care, invoicing, data compilation and records control. She also administrates, coordinates and implements all activities associated with the customers, vendors, and employees. Jennifer is the first impression of Dunham Products and with a dignified air of professionalism she has politely and quickly strengthened her connections with customers and staff alike in her role as Administrative Assistant. Always ready for new experiences, Jennifer looks forward to the bright and growing future with Dunham Products.
Accounting and HR Manager
Mona Shah’s diligent attention to detail, problem solving skills and magnanimous nature makes her a welcome addition to the Dunham team. She started working with Dunham In February of 2015 and from a part time employee slowly progressed to now being the Accounting and HR manager at Dunham Products. Her strong creative eye also assists the team in marketing our growing company. Embracing the core values of integrity, hard work and self-motivation, Mona is excited about her role and her future here at Dunham Products.
