Joe Klukan

Joseph has a strong, innate mechanical ability and business sense, much like his grandfather and namesake who founded Dunham Products in 1946.  His values are rooted in his faith, family, country, and community.

Jay Maslanka

Jay has been with Dunham Products since 2004. Jay’s hands-on approach has always made the company run smoothly, while continually improving the function and hustle of the shop. The knowledge he has gained over his years in the industry serves to enhance the capabilities of the company.

George Davis
Plant Manager

George Davis rejoined Dunham Products in May of 2019 as our Plant Manager. He brings over 28 years of fastener manufacturing experience to manage day-to-day scheduling of our plant operations and customer support. The knowledge he brings back to Dunham will further improve the operational processes on the shop floor.

Mike Rose
General Manager/Sales Manager

After a 20 year working relationship Mike has joined our Dunham team. His technical experience in manufacturing will help our company expand into new markets. The quality control knowledge he has acquired over the years will give strength to our growing company.

Sarah Rahel
Office Manager

Sarah started with Dunham Products in May of 2018 as the administrative assistant. She quickly demonstrated her ability and willingness to take on special projects and new roles, leading to her promotion as Office Manager in April of 2019. Sarah handles accounts payable and receivable, as well as the Human Resources department for Dunham Products.

Bob Ponchak
Technical Sales Representative

Bob Ponchak brings over 30 years of industrial sales & marketing experience to Dunham Products. Prior to getting into sales Bob worked in the tool & die and wire forming industries as a machinist and tool room assistant. He started with Dunham Products in 2017 and has been able to utilize his industry knowledge to assist in all stages of sales, quoting and customer support. Bob also is the company ISO Internal Auditor and key contact during the companies certification process. His attention to detail and follow through have created lasting relationships between Dunham Products and it’s vendors and customers.
